We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer who is passionate about sports and possesses the creativity to craft visually engaging content across various platforms. This role is pivotal in shaping our social media aesthetic and ensuring our brand remains relevant by leveraging the latest trends in sports culture. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphics and content that elevate our brand's presence on social media platforms, including Pinterest, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. You will play a key role in developing and producing video content that effectively communicates our brand message and resonates with our sports-loving audience. In this position, you will engage in social media content creation, designing engaging graphics, visuals, and animations optimized for each platform's specifications and audience. You will also conduct trend analysis to stay up-to-date with social media trends and industry developments, incorporating these insights into your designs to keep our content fresh and appealing. Additionally, you will capture high-quality photos and videos of our sports products for use in social media posts, advertisements, and website content. Your responsibilities will also include collaborating with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align visual content with business objectives and promotional campaigns, ensuring consistency in look and feel across all platforms. This role requires a Bachelor's degree (or working towards) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, along with proven experience in graphic design, particularly in the sports industry. A deep passion for sports and a strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization are essential. You will need to demonstrate your ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities

  • Design engaging graphics, visuals, and animations for social media platforms, ensuring they are optimized for each platform's specifications and audience.
  • Stay up-to-date with social media trends, industry developments, and sports culture, incorporating these insights into your designs.
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of our sports products for use in social media posts, advertisements, and website content.
  • Develop and produce video content, from concept to post-production, that effectively communicates our brand message.
  • Take ownership of the visual identity of our social media channels, ensuring consistency in look and feel across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with the web and product teams to create product graphics, banners, and other visuals that enhance our online presence and drive conversions.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and sales teams to align visual content with business objectives and promotional campaigns.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (or working towards) in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing social media content, particularly in the sports industry.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Envato Elements, and Canva.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, sports culture, and content optimization.
  • A deep passion for sports and an understanding of what resonates with sports fans.
  • Ability to take high-quality photos and create engaging video content, with experience in post-production editing.
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with motion graphics and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects).
