About the position

The Graphic Designer at Northmarq will provide essential design support to commercial real estate brokerage and marketing professionals. This role involves leading the production of marketing deliverables and offering creative and strategic direction to enhance business initiatives. The ideal candidate will manage multiple projects, understand design best practices, and possess excellent customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute the creation of illustrations, graphics, maps, and collateral for business development materials.
• Create offering memorandums, flyers, brochures, sales packages, and direct mail to support marketing efforts.
• Provide design direction to external vendors and manage print and digital production.
• Ensure quality control for all marketing deliverables, including proofreading and production management.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with the Property Marketing Team.
• Provide creative and strategic input for marketing and business initiatives.
• Design graphics for email marketing and social media to promote listings.
• Build and foster collaborative relationships with marketing, sales, and business development professionals.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant graphic design experience.
• Strong proficiency with Adobe CC suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, and presentation skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in commercial real estate is a definite asset.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others.
