About the position

Florida Atlantic University is seeking a Graphic Designer for the Undergraduate Admissions department in Boca Raton, FL. The role involves creating visually engaging content and overseeing the production process of various print and digital materials to support enrollment campaigns and outreach initiatives. The designer will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to branding guidelines while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging content using graphic design skills, creativity, and typography.
• Design and assist in the development of enrollment campaigns, email outreach, social media initiatives, and event materials.
• Oversee the production process of print materials from design to delivery.
• Establish effective project timelines and workflows in collaboration with the team.
• Ensure content is reviewed and approved by stakeholders, adhering to branding guidelines.
• Collaborate with colleagues on projects related to new student enrollment goals.
• Maintain knowledge of UX/UI design, motion graphics, responsive web design, and illustration.
• Manage multiple projects and tasks effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in an appropriate area of specialization with 2 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree in a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and MAC OS.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in responsive web design and UI design.
• Knowledge of motion graphics and 3D design.
