As Spark continues to enhance its brands, we are excited to expand our team with the addition of a Graphic Designer. This role is pivotal in conceptualizing and creating visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and value proposition. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating engaging digital graphics and animations for various platforms, including social media, email campaigns, and website content. In this position, the designer will identify and evolve creative solutions to enhance customer experiences, incorporating both brand direction and performance data. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client needs. The designer will also be tasked with designing and maintaining brand guidelines, ensuring a consistent visual identity across all marketing materials. Owning projects from kickoff through completion, the designer will present their work to stakeholders and incorporate feedback into thoughtful final assets. Additionally, the role involves improving the creative workflow process, finding efficiencies in leveraging templates while maintaining creativity and delivering added value to the consumer. Staying up-to-date with design trends and best practices is also a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs that effectively communicate our brand's message and value proposition
  • Create engaging digital graphics and animations for social media, email campaigns, and website content

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client needs

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in brand design for emails and paid ads
  • Proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Excellent eye for visual composition, typography, color theory, and layout design
  • Strong storytelling and conceptual thinking skills to transform ideas into compelling visuals
  • Able to own a project from start to finish, working autonomously but welcoming feedback and collaboration
  • Detail-oriented with focus on delivering results
  • Self-starter, takes initiative, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to partner with multiple cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • HTML experience is a plus
