About the position

We are seeking a Corporate Media Content Developer to create instructional content and media for company-wide training. This role involves designing, planning, and editing training materials that adhere to research-backed practices and multimedia learning principles, ensuring effective learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design, plan and edit instructional content for corporate training materials.
• Apply research-backed practices, including traditional learning theories and multimedia learning principles, to create effective content.
• Combine raw footage from various sources to create cohesive instructional videos.
• Develop visually compelling and engaging deliverables for training materials.
• Design visual materials using graphic design, UX/UI design, and multimedia production skills.
• Gather and transfer all forms of media into editing software, ensuring appropriate formats.
• Trim footage segments and assemble video sequences, adding music, dialogues, graphics, and effects.
• Create engaging training content through various production platforms.
• Collaborate with peers, subject matter experts, and business partners to identify accurate training content.
• Utilize digital authoring platforms to create targeted training content.
• Ensure compliance of created content with company guidelines.
• Maintain logical sequencing and smooth running of content.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, Media, or a relevant field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and Audition.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
