About the position

Live Nation Entertainment is the world's leading live entertainment company, comprised of global market leaders: Ticketmaster, Live Nation Concerts, and Live Nation Media & Sponsorship. The Graphic Designer/Video Editor will play a crucial support role in developing visually compelling assets for partnership initiatives. This position involves asset management, ideation, and executing against long-term partnerships alongside select media partners, which include platforms focusing on augmented reality (AR), live streaming, social storytelling, and emerging tech experiences. The role requires the development of assets that activate these products in collaboration with both internal and external teams, including third-party vendors, developers, brand sponsors, artist teams, and festival teams. The day-to-day responsibilities include supporting all partnership initiatives with digital asset creation, which encompasses stills, videos, video editing, motion graphics, and gifs. The designer will create and utilize templates for creative development and platform building, consistently improving and updating partnership assets as needed. Transforming concepts into visual execution/assets for internal and external use is a key part of the role, along with managing the workflow of asset management and tracking from all cross-functional teams and partners. The designer will also present work to team members and stakeholders, incorporating feedback into final assets, and will be responsible for improving creative workflow processes while maintaining creativity. Regular communication on creative ideation, implementation, production, and project tracking is essential, as is providing creative input and project management over various third-party partners and vendors. The designer will also build strategy materials for creative concept and partner development use, while maintaining knowledge of key industry, design, and social media marketing trends.

Responsibilities

  • Support all partnership initiatives with digital asset creation including stills, videos, video editing, motion graphics and gifs
  • Create and utilize templates for creative development and platform building
  • Transform concepts into visual execution/assets for internal/external use
  • Own workflow of asset management/asset tracking from all cross-functional teams and partners
  • Present work to team/stakeholders and incorporate feedback into final assets
  • Improve creative workflow processes and find efficiencies in leveraging templated assets
  • Act as creative/design support lead on select global brand partner products
  • Maintain regular communication on creative ideation, implementation, production and project tracking
  • Provide creative input and project management over various third-party partners and vendors
  • Build strategy materials for creative concept and partner development use
  • Maintain knowledge of key industry, design and social media marketing trends

Requirements

  • 2+ years direct experience in graphic design, creative media, and/or creative consulting in the advertising, entertainment, or music or social media space
  • Experience in audio/video production
  • Experience in standard media production (i.e., film, commercial, branded content)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, Google applications, Apple Keynote
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial-type environment
  • Comfortable working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to travel
