About the position

Riverworks Marketing Group is seeking a full-time Graphic Designer/Web Designer with a strong background in front-end web development, print, and branding. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience and will thrive in a collaborative, creative environment. This role involves designing marketing materials, managing web content, and working closely with clients and team members to deliver high-quality design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Mid-level front-end development, including adding/updating HTML, CSS, and WordPress websites.
• Designing marketing emails using platforms such as Constant Contact, Mail Chimp, and others.
• Custom coding or editing HTML emails.
• Creating ads, brochures, logos, social media graphics, and other branded materials for over 100 clients using Adobe programs.
• Sending print material to press and managing print orders with local vendors.
• Presenting design solutions to team members or clients.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in graphic design and web development.
• Proficient in design and prototyping software like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in front-end web development, HTML, and CSS.
• Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design or equivalent work experience.
• Expertise in Adobe Acrobat and Microsoft Word.
• Must have an online portfolio showcasing high-quality designs.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with the Divi theme or comparable WYSIWYG editors.
• Lateral creative skills such as coding, photography, or copywriting.
