About the position

SAIC is seeking a Graphic Designer/Web Developer to support the National Intelligence Community (NIC) Business Unit. This role involves managing SharePoint administration, enhancing user experience, and providing technical support for web-based training and e-learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, web development, and project management, contributing to mission-critical programs for the Intelligence Community.

Responsibilities

  • Executing SharePoint tasks to maintain the environment in accordance with enterprise support requirements.
  • Interacting with end users to troubleshoot issues and gather requirements.
  • Complying with IT enterprise oversight requirements.
  • Performing necessary functions to maintain the SharePoint application.

Requirements

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree and fourteen (14) years of experience; Master's degree and twelve (12) years; PhD or JD and nine (9) years of experience.
  • Demonstrated experience in a training environment.
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience using Joomla for site design and administration.
  • Experience developing online training courses and e-learning solutions.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, etc.).
  • Experience with CSS and HTML.
  • Experience with MS PowerPoint, OneNote, and Word.
  • Experience solving complex application development problems.
  • Experience providing design advice and recommendations.
  • Experience with Adobe Captivate.
  • Experience designing and maintaining websites.
  • Experience creating print products and using content management tools.
  • Experience with JIRA or similar tracking systems.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with web-based collaboration and document management platforms.
  • Experience with cloud technology networks and systems.
  • Experience creating motion graphic products.
  • Experience working with specialists to build training products.
  • Experience with general photography and video production.
  • Experience with JavaScript (JS).
  • Experience in graphic design including animation and 3D animation.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related field.
  • UX/UI Ability Certification.
