About the position

The Graphic Designer is responsible for the planning, design, and production of various property marketing communications projects. This includes a wide range of media such as print, outdoor advertising, direct mail, collateral materials, web design, and other related elements. The role requires a creative individual who can conceptualize and execute designs that effectively communicate the brand's message and enhance the overall guest experience at Peppermill Reno. The designer will collaborate with various departments to ensure that all marketing materials align with the company's standards and objectives. The position demands a self-starter who is motivated and can bring a fresh and inspirational design perspective to the environment. The Graphic Designer will also be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, and produce various property marketing communications projects.
• Create designs for print, outdoor, direct mail, collateral, and web elements.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with In-Design, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Knowledge and use of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Access, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other departments.
• Self-starter and self-motivator with a creative mindset.
