About the position

The Graphic Designer at RightNow Media plays a crucial role in creating professional and polished graphics that will be viewed by millions. This position requires proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and a strong understanding of branding and marketing. The designer will work collaboratively in an office environment to produce a variety of graphic assets for digital and print media, contributing to the mission of inspiring and equipping the global church.

Responsibilities

• Create professional and creative graphics for various platforms including HTML emails, social media, and print collateral.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all designs align with brand standards.
• Thoroughly quality control all graphic outputs to maintain high standards of excellence.
• Produce original video content branding and digital content for live events.
• Manage multiple design projects while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, advertising, art, marketing, or equivalent industry experience.
• 1-3 years of experience in a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Basic understanding of HTML and CSS is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards in work.

Nice-to-haves

• Proficiency in After Effects is a plus.
• Digital portfolio displaying strong design skills and awareness of the latest design trends.
