About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of visual design principles and have experience in various design mediums. This role requires a passion for creating compelling graphics that effectively communicate our brand message across multiple platforms, including web, print, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative designs for digital and print advertising campaigns that align with our marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing content for websites, social media, and email campaigns.
• Design and produce graphics for signage and promotional materials, ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Create engaging motion graphics and video content to enhance our online presence.
• Utilize tools such as InVision for prototyping and presenting design concepts to stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to continually improve design processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work in visual design, web design, and print advertising.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and familiarity with WordPress for web design projects.
• Knowledge of art direction principles and the ability to lead creative projects from concept to completion.
• Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• A degree in Graphic Design or a related field is preferred but not required based on experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sign manufacturing is a plus.
• Skills in video editing and motion graphics creation.
