About the position

As a Graphic Designer at our company, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our products. The ideal candidate will have a background in packaging design and will be responsible for leading and managing the design process from initial concept to final execution. This includes ensuring that all design projects are completed within the specified deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards. You will collaborate closely with various product managers and department heads to create stunning product packaging, display graphics, and catalogs that resonate with our brand's vision and values. Your responsibilities will include working alongside the Creative Director and Brand Managers to conceive and create visually appealing designs that not only meet but exceed the expectations of our clients and stakeholders. You will be expected to maintain a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of color, composition, and form, which will be reflected in your extensive portfolio. Additionally, your ability to take direction and constructive criticism positively will be essential in fostering a collaborative work environment. This position requires a commitment to excellence and a passion for design that inspires others.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Creative Director, Brand Managers, and Sales to conceive and create product packaging, display graphics, and catalogs.
  • Lead and manage the design process from initial concept to final execution.
  • Ensure all design projects are completed within given deadlines.
  • Strive to exceed the highest quality standards of the company.

Requirements

  • Extensive portfolio displaying mastery of color, composition, form, and design with an eye for detail.
  • Extensive experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
  • Superior communication, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to take direction and constructive criticism in a positive manner.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in catalog design is a big plus.
  • Experience in packaging design is highly desired.
