About the position

Arnett Designs, Inc. is seeking a Production Graphic Designer to join our innovative and collaborative team in Rancho Santa Margarita, CA. This full-time, in-office position focuses on graphic design while also offering opportunities to assist with pre-press tasks. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Design multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Adapt to various graphic styles based on project requirements.
• Prepare files for digital print and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Meet strict project deadlines and handle multitasking in a demanding environment.
• Work overtime when requested.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital/graphic design.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Solid knowledge of design concepts through print, including setting up files with bleed and color separations.
• Proficient in creating and manipulating vector graphics.
• Ability to design within specific parameters and adapt to creative feedback.
• Program knowledge of Adobe CC (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with pre-press tasks and preparing files for print.
• Familiarity with MAC operating systems.
