About the position

Reynolds and Reynolds is an industry leader in developing software and business forms for the automotive industry. These products enable car dealerships to operate more efficiently and effectively in a competitive marketplace. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in creating and designing direct mail and other marketing products that are essential for our clients. Your responsibilities will include creating, altering, and cleaning up logos and images to prepare them for printing, ensuring that all designs meet the high standards expected in the automotive sector. You will be expected to interact and communicate effectively with internal associates in a fast-paced environment, which is vital for the success of our projects. This position is a second shift role, operating from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, and is located in Celina, Ohio. Your creativity and design skills will be put to the test as you work on various projects that require a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of design principles.

Responsibilities

• Create and design direct mail and other marketing products.
• Alter and clean up logos and images for printing.
• Interact and communicate with internal associates in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Graphic Design or classes in HTML and CSS preferred.
• Knowledge and experience with software tools including CorelDraw, Adobe Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator, InDesign, and FusionPro preferred.
• Understanding of printing processes, color theory, and design.
• Creativity necessary to create custom images.
• Strong communication skills.
