About the position

The Graphic Designer will create visual concepts tailored to the beauty industry, aiming to inspire and inform consumers. This role involves developing layouts and production designs for various marketing materials while ensuring alignment with brand objectives and customer voice. The designer will also evaluate design trends and collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver effective marketing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to identify objectives and project scope.
• Forecast production timelines and adhere to established schedules.
• Determine target audience and make recommendations for outreach.
• Illustrate concepts through design for web and print projects.
• Combine text and images to convey desired messages effectively.
• Select appropriate typography and layout for designs.
• Collaborate with internal teams on overall layout and design.
• Coordinate administrative aspects of production, including final designs.
• Foster relationships with print partners for timely project completion.
• Maintain design knowledge through workshops and professional publications.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; associate's degree in Marketing (graphic design) or 3-5 years of experience required.
• 1 year of graphic design experience required.
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
