Responsibilities

• Design artwork for branded apparel and merchandise, including t-shirts, hoodies, and promotional items.
• Build out merchandise portfolios for clients.
• Design and produce graphics for websites, social media, and online advertising campaigns.
• Develop layouts, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Assist sales team in the design and layout of merchandise portfolios.
• Conduct photo manipulation and retouching as needed.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in graphic design.
• Advanced skill in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Skilled in creating vector print ready artwork and working for established brands.
• Experience with print advertising.
• Knowledge of production processes, including large format printing, laser engraving, and screen printing.
• Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality images.
• Experience with workflow/project management software.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Shopify, Squarespace, and other website hosting platforms is a plus.
• Degree in design or equivalent experience preferred.
