About the position

The Graphic Designer position at JLL is focused on creating and developing materials that support business development efforts, particularly in the real estate sector. The role emphasizes the design of offering memorandums, presentations, and both print and digital collateral for proposals. The designer will manage complex projects, provide design guidance, and ensure all materials align with JLL's branding standards while staying updated on design trends.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, and edit materials including print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphics/charts, and bound books.
• Apply professional graphic design principles and develop new ideas to support business development.
• Manage complex projects from start to finish.
• Provide design advice and guidance to the deal team, incorporating verbal and written input into graphic illustrations.
• Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns.
• Create designs that fit the preferences of the deal team and the client, adhering to JLL branding standards.
• Stay informed on design software and marketing/design trends, applying new concepts to the business.
• Take initiative to assist others when needed and contribute to team success.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years design experience using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to design within branding standards.
• Ability to use tact and diplomacy when interacting with others.
• Well-developed verbal, listening, written, and creative design skills.
• Excellent time management, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Graphic Design or equivalent experience.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge of commercial real estate is a plus.
• Design-related certifications.
