About the position

As a Graphic Designer at Garrison Management Group LLC, you will be instrumental in creating visually compelling designs for political campaigns and advocacy efforts. Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts and design solutions for print collateral, digital assets, social media graphics, presentations, and other campaign materials.
  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and account managers to understand project objectives, messaging goals, and audience insights.
  • Execute design projects from concept to completion, ensuring visual consistency, brand adherence, and production readiness.
  • Create visually compelling layouts, illustrations, infographics, and other graphic elements that effectively convey complex political messages and themes.
  • Stay abreast of design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the creative process.
  • Adapt designs for various platforms and formats, optimizing assets for print production, web display, social media, and mobile devices.
  • Incorporate client feedback and revisions into design iterations, maintaining open communication and a collaborative approach throughout the process.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions, team meetings, and client presentations to contribute ideas, share insights, and provide creative input.
  • Maintain organized files, project documentation, and version control to facilitate efficient workflow and project management.

Requirements

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work, including print collateral, digital assets, and social media graphics.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
