About the position

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in supporting the company's growth through effective collaboration, communication, and project management. This position involves creating a variety of graphic design materials, including print and digital content, animations, and managing brand consistency across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing functions and be adept at multitasking to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Graphic design of infographics, animation, print, digital, emails, and social media posts for multiple platforms.
• Photo editing.
• Assist with video production and podcast development as needed.
• Assist in setting up digital asset management (DAM) software and creative asset library.
• Utilize the Marketing Department project management system to ensure collaborations, approvals, and deadlines are met.
• Uphold brand standards and manage brand consistency.
• Collaborate with departments and vendors to execute marketing and communications initiatives.
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Prepare documentation related to reporting communications impacts, outcomes, and KPIs.
• Create clear and easy-to-understand marketing copy.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties and vendors.
• Utilize research insights to align creative to customers' purchasing behavior and lifecycle for efficient marketing strategy spend.
• Assist in communicating creative campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to colleagues and the sales team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent level of experience.
• 2+ years of Marketing and Communication experience required.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• 2+ years producing content, video, and podcasts.
• 2+ years public relations experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Adobe Suite video and podcast editing skills.
• Experience in photography.
• Experience with Microsoft Suite.
• Knowledge of Medicare regulations.
• Ability to lift 35 pounds.
