About the position

The Graphic Designer will join Newmark's Industrial Capital Markets team in Dallas, Texas, focusing on creating and designing various marketing materials to support business development in the commercial real estate sector. This role emphasizes collaboration, creativity, and the application of professional graphic design principles to meet client needs and enhance marketing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create, design, and edit materials including print and interactive collateral such as proposals, offering memorandums, graphics/covers, flyers, maps, aerials, logos, floor plans, pictures, presentation graphics/charts, and bound books.
• Apply professional graphic design principles and develop new ideas to support business development.
• Manage complex projects from start to finish.
• Provide design advice and guidance to the deal team, incorporating verbal and written input into graphic illustrations.
• Design dynamic email blasts and marketing campaigns.
• Create designs that fit the preferences of the deal team and the client, adhering to Newmark branding standards.
• Stay informed on design software and marketing/design trends, applying new concepts to the business.
• Take initiative to assist others when needed and demonstrate a desire to learn and grow in the position.

Requirements

• College degree
• Minimum of one-year graphic design work experience
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint)
• Technical and creative proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite on Macintosh OS X
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
