About the position

As a Graphic Designer at Interaction Advertising, you will play a pivotal role in conceptualizing, designing, and executing visual assets that align with our clients' brand objectives and marketing strategies. You will work in a collaborative and fast-paced environment, creating visually appealing graphics across various platforms, including digital, print, and social media.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts and ideas that align with client requirements and project objectives.
• Design engaging and effective marketing materials, including but not limited to advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, newsletters, website visuals, logos, and more.
• Adapt existing campaign assets or create new designs based on specific needs, ensuring brand consistency and message effectiveness.
• Present and communicate design concepts to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback and making necessary revisions to achieve the desired outcome.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve and innovate our creative processes and deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience in graphic design, preferably in an advertising agency or related industry.
• Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with clients.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality design standards.
