About the position

The Graphic Designer role focuses on visual storytelling through design, aimed at captivating and educating audiences. The position requires a creative individual who can effectively transform concepts into compelling visuals for both print and digital media. The designer will collaborate with various teams to produce high-quality designs that align with the company's brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate, brainstorm, and strategize with multiple teams or clients on a wide range of materials including presentations, program collateral, signage, internal communications, newsletters, and other marketing materials.
• Translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
• Develop concepts with software and execute original content by determining the ideal usage of color, text, font style, imagery, and layout.
• Manage the design and uploading process for all project materials, based on best practices.
• Use trend intelligence and knowledge of historical and current markets when designing and executing specific classifications.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting with design software, including Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and Powerpoint.
• Exceptional creativity and innovative design skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Organizational and time-management skills for meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Desire to continue building skill set with education and training.
• Knowledge of Illustrator and Excel is a plus.
