About the position

Accurate Precious Metals Refineries is seeking a talented and seasoned graphic designer who will work with the marketing team and report to the marketing leader. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, with experience in developing visual concepts that align with our brand image and business objectives. Web development and website hosting skills are a plus. We require a creative and detail-oriented graphic designer who is passionate about crafting engaging designs that resonate with target audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing various design materials including social media posts, digital ads, landing pages, brochures, and other marketing materials. This role also requires a willingness to embrace the challenges of online sales channels and the necessary skills or the desire to learn how to effectively list and present our gold and silver products online. This graphic designer will be working in a fast-paced environment with cross-functional teams such as sales, product, and design. The individual will ensure that all designs maintain the graphic and brand standards as set by the organization. This position requires in-person engagement, and we are seeking a candidate who will operate directly from our office; remote applicants will not be considered.

Responsibilities

  • Create and manage marketing assets, such as images, infographics, graphics, blogs, email campaigns, print materials, brochures, flyers, business cards, short videos, and supportive marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team meetings and sales teams to develop visual concepts that resonate with target audiences and design all necessary marketing material.
  • Design and develop landing pages, email templates, and other digital assets.
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
  • Manage and organize digital asset libraries, including photos, stock images, and logos.
  • Utilize design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, to create visual content.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and staying within budget.
  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with the marketing team.
  • Work with front-end developers to ensure designs are fully implemented and optimized for user experience.
  • Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and techniques.
  • Update and maintain the company's website, ensuring all graphics and images are up-to-date and relevant with the seasons and promotions or events happening within the company.
  • Develop and design packaging materials and labels for products.
  • Work with copywriters to create visually compelling designs that support written content.
  • Manage the creative production process, including acquiring assets, quality control, and final delivery.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure all visual assets align with the company's brand and messaging.
  • Assist in market research and analysis to help identify target audiences and consumer trends.
  • Assist and help create marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.
  • Help manage the company's website and online presence, including content creation and optimization.
  • Assist and help monitor and report on campaign performance and ROI, using analytics tools.
  • Assist and help identify and pursue new opportunities for growth, such as new channels or markets.
  • Assist and help manage SEO strategies and tactics to improve organic search rankings and visibility.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a focus on Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
  • Strong background in graphic design, including color theory, typography, and production design.
  • Experience in web development and UI design.
  • Familiarity with web design principles and content management systems.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently on projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
