About the position

The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in the conception and execution of custom multimedia projects for paid digital media campaigns across various platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, and Google. This position involves collaborating closely with the creative team to produce and optimize creative assets for advertising campaigns, managing multiple projects from concept to final deliverables, and ensuring high-quality content that meets client expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the conception and execution of custom multimedia projects for paid digital media campaigns.
  • Plan and execute different creative assets required for advertising campaigns.
  • Edit and produce animations, images, and banners for various ad formats.
  • Work closely with the creative team to produce, convert, and optimize creative elements for media channels.
  • Manage multiple productions from concept to final deliverables.
  • Understand client expectations and internal timelines around creative deliverables.
  • Conceptualize, design, and execute creative content for various advertising networks.
  • Create client-facing presentations based on internal and client feedback.
  • Spearhead development of content creation processes between creative and production teams.
  • Oversee the development of all creative, ensuring a high level of excellence.
  • Stay updated on new creative developments within the industry.
  • Collaborate with the media buying team to develop overall marketing strategies.
  • Participate in market research and present creative concept development.
  • Oversee the creative process from inception to final product, ensuring quality and alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Foster progressive thinking and stimulate professional development within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related major required.
  • Ability to problem-solve and structure complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
  • Effective communication skills across all employee levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing time effectively.
