About the position

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to join our growing print shop, responsible for both design and print production tasks. The role involves interacting with clients to understand their design needs, creating designs, and preparing files for print production. The ideal candidate will have a background in graphic design and be willing to learn about print production processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email to understand their design requirements.
• Create designs based on client specifications and gather feedback to finalize projects.
• Prepare files for print production and run the printing process.
• Perform post-production tasks for various print materials such as cards, flyers, banners, t-shirts, and coroplast boards.

Requirements

• Prior experience in Graphic Design is required.
• Ability to work with clients and understand their design needs.
• Basic knowledge of print production processes is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience at a print shop is helpful but not required.
