About the position

Insta Signs Plus is seeking a Graphic Designer and Brand Consultant to join their team. This full-time position is ideal for a recent college graduate with some experience in graphic design and customer service. The role involves working in a fast-paced environment, focusing on branding, signage, and promotional items while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of customer service by answering incoming phone calls and assisting walk-in customers.
• Manage graphic design projects of various sizes, including branding packages, signage, apparel, and promotional products.
• Collaborate with management and team members to develop strategies and deliver completed projects on time.
• Create to-scale wall elevations using provided photos and measurements.
• Customize stock artwork and create new artwork as required.
• Understand physical 3D materials and substrates used in sign projects and the print production process.

Requirements

• Willingness to learn the ins-and-outs of a fast-paced, detail-driven sign shop.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized and able to manage time effectively.
• Welcomes feedback and collaboration enthusiastically.
• Knowledgeable in Adobe Creative Suite and Affinity Design Software.
• Ability to learn and adapt to industry-specific software, with knowledge of Flexi Designer being a plus.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple time-sensitive projects.

Nice-to-haves

• Past experience in the sign-making field is highly sought after.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills for branding, apparel, signs, and promotional items.
