About the position

Specific design assignments will range from logo and identity, sales collateral, advertising, brand campaigns, and web interfaces. This could be a hybrid position for those who are local to the Baltimore area, or a fully remote position for those who are out of the area. We're looking for someone who's media savvy, loves to create, and relishes the next challenge. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years' experience in an agency or in-house setting. Responsibilities

• Craft, execute, and manage creative that separates our clients from their competition.
• Ensure visual brand consistency that is congruent with each client's unique messaging.
• Create high-quality client deliverables as part of a team and independently.
• Balance and execute upon multiple projects concurrently.
• Understand, manage, and meet deadlines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 1-3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Extensive knowledge of Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
• Excellent listening and communication skills, both written and oral.
• Comprehensive knowledge of web-based and digital communications platforms.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior agency experience (preferred but not necessary).
• Ability to draw or illustrate.
• Previous experience designing responsive interfaces for web.
• Experience with wireframing for websites.
• Familiarity with basic coding principles (HTML/CSS).
• Experience working in WordPress or other CMS platforms.
