About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in various design software. This role involves creating visually appealing graphics for both digital and print media, while ensuring that all designs align with our brand identity and marketing goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and design engaging graphics for websites, social media, marketing materials, and print collateral.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Illustrator, to create high-quality visuals that meet project specifications.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce designs that effectively communicate our brand message and resonate with our target audience.
• Illustrate concepts and ideas through sketches and digital renderings.
• Implement typography principles to enhance the readability and aesthetic appeal of designs.
• Manage color schemes and ensure consistency across all design projects.
• Work with content management systems to upload and manage graphic content on websites.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns and projects.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design, web design, and sign manufacturing.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Adobe Illustrator, is essential.
• Experience with CorelDraw is a plus.
• Strong skills in web design principles and familiarity with content management systems.
• Knowledge of typography, color management, and market trends related to graphic design.
• Ability to illustrate concepts effectively through various mediums.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in sign manufacturing or related fields is advantageous but not mandatory.
