About the position

The Graphic Designer at Snail Games USA will play a pivotal role in the Marketing Department of Interactive Films, a production studio focused on creating engaging short-form narrative content. This position involves utilizing visual storytelling to produce compelling content for various digital platforms, including TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. The designer will be responsible for ideating and generating creative marketing materials that align with the company's branding and engage audiences effectively.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing materials including digital advertising, keyart, thumbnails, and printed materials such as branded merchandise and posters.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to craft visual elements for digital and print media.
• Develop creative ideas, present content strategies, and stay updated with the latest games, visual/audio trends, memes, and cultural phenomena.
• Utilize Adobe Suite and 3D Software to design marketing assets for online campaigns.
• Ensure consistency in the company's branding across all visual outputs.
• Provide creative input on marketing campaigns and product promotions.
• Work with external printers and vendors to ensure quality in all printed materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in graphic design, particularly within a marketing or advertising setting.
• Highly proficient with graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.), Blender, and similar software.
• Strong portfolio showcasing creative design skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proven expertise working within web series, vertical series, and mobisode production.
• Thorough understanding and appreciation for short-form romantic dramas and made-for-mobile digital content.
• Extensive understanding of the #booktok, #bookstagram, and #booktok markets.

• Experience with social media content creation and engagement methods.
• Portfolio linking to social media channels and accounts grown with sole-produced content.
