Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) is seeking a Graphic Designer to join its dynamic Creative Services team. This talented individual is a seasoned creative that executes designs for a wide range of marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and communications. The right candidate will be able to voice creative rationale, possess great attention to detail, and be able to successfully meet deadlines with little direction. The Graphic Designer will have the ability to articulate creative concepts and work with internal clients, designers, and other stakeholders to develop high-quality creative that supports and enhances the ICE brand. The ideal candidate will be an accomplished Designer with a portfolio that reflects his/her expertise in digital as well as print. ICE adopts a digital-first mindset, and as such, we are looking for a candidate that is well versed in the capabilities and limitations of digital channels. The role requires collaboration with lead designers and other members of the creative team to execute campaigns in a timely manner while ensuring brand consistency across projects. The Graphic Designer will also be responsible for designing materials according to guidelines and brand architecture for marketing campaigns, digital initiatives, and communications. In addition, the Graphic Designer will create materials for internal and client presentations across multiple business units, produce and update fact sheets, whitepapers, and other marketing collateral adhering to the ICE brand guidelines. The candidate will maintain organized files and uphold Creative Services storage and naming conventions, manage business-as-usual design projects in the queue in a timely fashion while upholding brand standards, and articulate creative rationale through strong written and verbal communication. The ability to develop a consistent experience across all deliverables, such as online graphics, presentations, tradeshow creative, video storyboards/graphics, web content, and advertising, is essential. The role also involves participating in creative team brainstorming sessions and reviews, demonstrating a clear understanding of the ICE brand, and staying abreast of trends in design and technology to ensure creative solutions are relevant and reflective of a global organization.
