As the Graphic Designer for Casamigos at Diageo, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of one of our most beloved brands. This position requires a deep understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign, along with a mastery of design fundamentals. You will be responsible for creating on-brand visual content across various media, including both small and large-scale print, digital graphics, marketing collateral, product packaging, and custom art requests. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the visual consistency of the Casamigos brand across all creative projects. In this fast-paced environment, you will manage multiple design projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, ensuring that each project meets its deadline while adhering to the highest quality standards. Collaboration is key; you will work closely with the Senior Art Director to develop strategic design solutions that align with the brand's objectives. Your ability to prioritize tasks, be detail-oriented, and think creatively will be essential as you navigate the dynamic demands of the role. You will also be responsible for documenting all new projects within the Asana work management platform, confirming requests, and executing high-quality graphics and marketing materials. Your role will involve translating brand guidelines into visually appealing designs, generating innovative marketing concepts, and communicating effectively with the Sales Team to create promotional materials. By staying updated on design trends and proactively seeking feedback, you will help bring fresh ideas and energy to the Casamigos brand, contributing to its ongoing success.
