About the position

As the Graphic Design Specialist for Bridge Tower Homes, you will be instrumental in developing marketing materials to promote the retail brand, Westfield Homes, across Texas. This role combines creative, analytical, and organizational tasks to enhance brand awareness and ensure effective communication with the target audience. You will collaborate closely with the Vice President of Construction Operations to generate leads and elevate the brand's presence.

Responsibilities

  • Lead in the creation of marketing materials, including digital, print, and social media.
  • Coordinate the distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and email newsletters.
  • Create, enter, and maintain pictures & content for listings in external listing multiple services (Zillow, Google, MLS, etc).
  • Develop engaging content for various platforms, including website updates, blog posts, social media posts, and email marketing.
  • Collaborate to create visually appealing graphics and videos that align with the brand's messaging.
  • Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Assist with the maintenance and optimization of the company website, ensuring content is current and SEO-friendly.
  • Support PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and performance analysis.
  • Implement lead-generation tactics through online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers, photographers, and digital agencies, to ensure the timely delivery of marketing materials.
  • Assist in managing the marketing budget, tracking expenses, and ensuring cost-effective use of resources.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the home building industry.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, CRM systems).
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with an eye for detail and a creative mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) is required.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excel experience is a plus.
