About the position

Digi Solutions is seeking a creative and talented Graphic Designer to join their marketing agency in Baltimore, Maryland. This full-time role involves creating visually appealing marketing materials for clients, ranging from digital graphics to print materials. The Graphic Designer will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve their marketing goals through effective design solutions.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand marketing goals and develop graphic design solutions
• Design and produce marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, and website visuals
• Create and edit video and motion graphics for social media and other digital platforms
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines for clients and ensure consistency across all design assets
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve design quality
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
• 2+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency setting
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Experience with video and motion graphics software (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
• Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and styles
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute projects accurately and independently
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• In-depth understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
