About the position

The Graphic Designer position at Admiral Beverage Corporation involves creating and producing marketing signs and promotional materials. Responsibilities

• Design and produce marketing signs and promotional materials as requested by management.
• Load paper and ink based on the sign and type needed for each project.
• Efficiently use materials to minimize waste of equipment time and required materials.
• Seek approval with appropriate contacts before initiating the printing phase.
• Order and maintain supplies needed to produce signs following established processes for purchase orders and accounts payables.
• Calculate and create invoices for billing and distribution of printed material and maintain associated accounts receivable records.
• Package finished signs in protective wrapping suitable for transport to recipients.
• Address packages for transportation and distribute them accordingly.
• Maintain the sign equipment through appropriate use and performance of required routine maintenance.
• Arrange for needed repairs or inform the appropriate contact of maintenance and repair needs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in graphic design software and tools.
• Experience in producing marketing materials and signs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
