About the position
The Graphic Designer at Nash Distribution/Crawl Space-DIY will play a crucial role in creating and designing marketing materials for the company's two divisions. This position involves collaborating with various teams to develop branding and marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines, and managing multiple projects from inception to launch. The designer will be responsible for web design, digital and print catalogs, social media content, and more, contributing significantly to the company's growth and brand identity.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine email templates in HubSpot for Nash Distribution.
- Manage and update the Nash Distribution website layout.
- Build and regularly update a library of Nash Distribution branded assets, flyers, sales sheets, and social media posts.
- Generate social media graphics, content, and videos weekly.
- Design slide decks for the sales team based on product categories.
- Create designs for tangible giveaways for both Nash Distribution and Crawlspace DIY.
- Design branding and packaging for new product launches.
- Complete trade show booth design for both regional and national shows.
- Design and bring to life trade show collateral for Crawlspace DIY.
- Manage and update the Crawlspace DIY website layout.
- Build and regularly update a library of Crawlspace DIY branded assets, flyers, sales sheets, and social media posts.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related major.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, CAD, desktop publishing, graphics and photo imaging, video creation, and WordPress.
- Minimum 3-5 years related work experience, preferably in an industrial distribution or home services field.
- Experience in HubSpot or related CRM tool preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet established deadlines.
- Excellent work ethic and sense of accountability.
- Attention to detail and strong time management skills.

Benefits
- Full-time position with a salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 per year.
