Responsibilities

  • Edits and designs various marketing materials under the direction of senior graphic designers.
  • Contributes to layout design, typography, and photography decisions.
  • Collaborates with the design team to concept projects and campaigns that support the company's brand voice.
  • Manages project workload in collaboration with senior designers.
  • Manages multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines.
  • Works closely with various internal departments to meet expectations.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in visual communication design, graphic design, digital design or related field or equivalent experience.
  • 1-4 years of professional design experience depending on the level (Graphic Designer I, II, or Sr.).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects is required.
  • Basic understanding of print and web design principles.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects, tasks, and priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Software capabilities should include Adobe Creative Suite, Acrobat, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite.

Nice-to-haves

  • Video experience (for Sr. Graphic Designer)
  • Familiarity with the latest creative design trends and best practices.
