About the position

The Graphic Designer position at Kforce involves designing and producing digital and print media for various marketing platforms under direct supervision. The role emphasizes creativity and technical skills in graphic design, with a focus on producing high-quality marketing materials that align with the company's branding and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Design and produce artwork for marketing items including sell sheets, newsletters, signage, promotional items, tradeshow graphics, websites, web ads, and video graphics.
  • Prepare jobs for digital and offset production.
  • Respond to general design inquiries such as logo requests, re-sizing needs, and general formatting.
  • Creatively use existing style guides to design a variety of campaign design needs.
  • Support and identify ongoing design needs such as document updates, template population, and field requests.
  • Edit video and audio clips for various distribution channels.
  • Provide alternative design solutions to partners in the Marketing Organization and the Firm.
  • Stay current on industry marketing trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Visual Communication, or related field required.
  • 1-3 years related work experience preferred.
  • Intermediate skills in Adobe Software (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Experience with social media & GIF creation & editing.
  • Skilled in video & audio editing.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Flexibility, professionalism, and open-minded work habits with the ability to adapt to change under tight deadlines.
  • High organizational skills with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment on a high volume of projects.
  • Strong conceptual design eye and the ability to think creatively to contribute to new ideas.
  • Proven attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  • Proficient personal computer skills with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of HTML, social media, web design, video editing, photography, and print production.
