The Graphic Designer at RUSSO will play a crucial role in developing and executing the brand voice for clients across various media channels. This position requires a tech-savvy individual who can multitask effectively while collaborating with the Creative Director and the creative team. The ideal candidate will be a creative advocate for the brand, understanding the company's processes and how they can benefit clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist Creative Director, AD, and creative team in campaign development and design execution.
• Translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
• Develop and ensure brand standards are always intact.
• Meet with clients to discuss and develop campaign strategies and solutions.
• Work with web developers and designers on creative execution.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of design, campaign development, and creative execution experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.
• Ability to present ideas clearly and enthusiastically to clients.
• Expert at managing deadlines and workflows.
