We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. This role involves collaborating with various departments to produce high-quality designs for digital and print advertising, marketing materials, and signage.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to create on-brand graphics for digital and print, including but not limited to social media, email campaigns, advertisements, and website assets.
• Deliver high-quality designs with a quick turnaround, responding efficiently to project demands from various departments.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts that align with campaign goals.
• Uphold brand standards across all designs, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, offering fresh and creative ideas aligned with current trends and brand vision.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong understanding of visual design principles, including typography, layout, and color theory.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines, adapt to rapidly changing project requirements and create high-quality graphics that require minimal revisions.
• Experience in digital/print advertising and knowledge of production processes related to graphic design.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
