We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team at W.L. Gore & Associates. In this role, you will create visual content to effectively communicate messages within the Gore brand. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency, incorporate feedback, and prepare designs for both print and digital media. This position is based at our facility in Phoenix, Arizona, with the possibility of a hybrid remote work arrangement depending on the responsibilities of the role and business needs. As a Graphic Designer, you will develop creative visual assets for various purposes, including marketing materials, social media posts, presentations, and iconography. You will work closely with Functional Marketing partners to brainstorm and conceptualize design ideas that align with project goals and brand objectives. Your role will also involve enhancing and manipulating images to fit design requirements while maintaining a high level of visual quality. You will create layouts for print and digital channels, ensuring a cohesive and visually pleasing arrangement of elements while incorporating feedback to meet business objectives. Additionally, you will ensure that all designs adhere to established brand guidelines, maintaining consistency in style and tone. Collaboration with regional design partners will be essential as you align on Gore Brand Visualization to develop a wide range of materials, including web pages, presentations, social media content, web banners, Congress/Event materials, internal communications, newsletters, and marketing materials. You will also be responsible for organizing and managing design files, ensuring accessibility and efficient storage within project management software such as Workfront, DAM, and BTC, while complying with Gore standards. Staying up to date on industry trends and sharing insights with other Functional Marketing partners will be a key part of your role. You will create visual aids and presentations that effectively communicate information in the Gore Brand and collaborate with the Art Director and/or Creative Director to translate strategic direction into high-quality design within an established brand identity.
