About the position

The Ram Group is seeking an experienced in-house Graphic Designer to join their team in West Palm Beach, FL. This full-time position involves creating on-brand visuals for various marketing deliverables, including print and digital media. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects while maintaining creativity and accuracy under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce graphic communications for various projects including newspapers, publications, direct mail, web, and email blasts.
• Apply and maintain the agency's identity and branding standards.
• Conceptualize creative and cost-effective graphic design solutions for advertising and marketing campaigns.
• Ensure creative images align with brand messaging and target audience.
• Inspect and evaluate finished products for print and color consistency, print quality, and content, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of privileged information.

Requirements

• Proficiency in InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and CSS/HTML.
• Knowledgeable in the Mac OS X operating system.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and consistency.

Nice-to-haves

• Knowledge in advertising is a plus.
