About the position

The Graphic Designer for U.S. AutoForce will play a crucial role in promoting the brand and its partners through innovative graphic design. This position involves creating high-quality marketing assets for various channels, including print, web, and events, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to support overarching brand strategies and drive business success. The designer will work on-site in Appleton, WI, and is expected to submit a portfolio of work samples with their application.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a deep understanding of business graphic needs and create complex, high-quality print, digital, and event-related assets.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to develop logos and brand assets for U.S. AutoForce.
  • Participate in internal brainstorming sessions to generate ideas for marketing materials.
  • Act as a creative liaison between U.S. AutoForce and external vendors, including print/production companies.
  • Maintain brand standards for U.S. AutoForce and brand partner assets.
  • Manage digital assets, including photography, logos, and completed marketing materials.
  • Build and maintain Canva brand kits for U.S. AutoForce and brand partners.
  • Provide graphic support to other marketing team members for communications and digital marketing.
  • Present graphics work/projects to internal stakeholders and groups.
  • Champion continuous improvement and quality control efforts to enhance efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements

  • Degree in Graphic Design or Marketing with an emphasis in design or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a corporate or agency setting.
  • Highly creative and enthusiastic mindset with the ability to absorb feedback and direction.
  • Willingness to offer creative ideas and innovative thinking to elevate brand graphics.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and develop appropriate assets.
  • Demonstrable expertise in logo design and print materials creation.
  • Experience in digital design and updating websites using WordPress CMS.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to find effective design solutions.
