About the position
The Graphic Designer position at Park Avenue Wholesale involves assisting in marketing, design, and production tasks for Buffalo Outdoors@ Workwear and Park Avenue Wholesale. The role focuses on creating production art files, supporting marketing projects, and collaborating with the merchandising team to enhance brand visibility and product presentation.
Responsibilities
- Creation of production art files for product sampling and manufacturing, minimizing revisions and resampling.
- Projects may include product renderings, physical mock-ups, packaging, presentation tools, and marketing materials.
- Becoming familiar with the Buffalo Outdoors® and Park Avenue brands.
- Provide support to the Merchandising Director and other key staff with additional duties as necessary.
- Assist in marketing and advertising projects for the company.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Design or Communications related field.
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Minimum 1-year experience in a related field.
- Must be team-oriented, willing to wear different hats, ego-free, and have a strong work ethic.
- Extremely organized with the ability to multi-task and be detail-oriented.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects.
Nice-to-haves
- Familiarity with creating tech packs is helpful, but not required (will train).
