Ullico is actively seeking a Graphic Designer for our Silver Spring, MD office. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about design and highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite. The Graphic Designer will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand image of Ullico, establishing strong relationships with our stakeholders, and delivering key messages to both internal and external audiences. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating our brand identity into visually compelling designs across various platforms, ensuring that all designs align with our marketing objectives and brand guidelines. The Graphic Designer will create visually engaging designs for both print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets. Collaboration with the marketing team is essential, as the designer will work closely with them to develop concepts and execute design projects. The ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines for various business units is crucial. Staying updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media will also be a key responsibility of this role. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience, along with two to three years of experience in Graphic Design. A high level of professionalism is required, as the designer will interface with all levels of personnel within the organization. Exceptional written, organizational, communication, and presentation skills are necessary for success in this role. The candidate should be a proactive self-starter, comfortable working independently, and able to think outside the box. Attention to detail, flexibility, and the ability to adjust to situations on the fly are essential traits for this position. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required, and experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects, and Adobe XD is a must. The successful candidate may be requested to submit samples of previous work.
