About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 5+ years of professional experience to join our dynamic team at our Jefferson City Holding Company location. The ideal candidate will have advanced proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.), experience in video editing, and a strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work. Familiarity with Figma or Adobe XD is a plus. This is an exciting opportunity for a design professional to contribute to impactful marketing campaigns, enhance brand identity, and create visually compelling designs across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative concepts for marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, and website assets.
• Ensure consistency in branding and visual identity across all projects.
• Create engaging digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and digital advertisements using tools such as Figma.
• Edit and produce high-quality video content for digital campaigns, social media, and internal presentations.
• Develop animations and motion graphics using After Effects or similar software.
• Design and prepare materials for print production, including packaging, promotional items, and event collateral.
• Liaise with vendors to ensure accurate production and quality.
• Work closely with the Creative Art Director and marketing team to translate strategic goals into compelling visuals.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously bring fresh ideas to the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects).
• Experience in video editing.
• Strong portfolio showcasing both print and digital design work.
