About the position

We're looking for someone that is not only passionate about graphic design, but also understands the importance of design as a form of communication. Are you someone who gets excited about layouts and fonts? Knows how to utilize photography to tell a story? Someone who was born to create clean pieces of work with intent and purpose? Responsibilities

  • Developing a variety of visual strategies to deliver specific messages.
  • Supporting internal teams, such as social media content creation through template design, Corporate Partnership through marketing asset development, and marketing through advertising builds.
  • Collaboration with the creative team to outline and execute design themes for each season.
  • Active participation in creative team meetings to develop comprehensive creative campaigns.
  • Utilizing organizational skills and attention to detail while facilitating review and feedback cycles.
  • Tackling other duties as assigned with enthusiasm.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design, or similar field.
  • Excellence at Adobe Creative Suite, (including but not limited to Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premier, and After Effects).
  • Ability to manage relationships with team and work well with a variety of departments across the organization.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
  • Capacity to work flexible hours including weeknights, weekends and holidays.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in motion graphics.
