About the position

The Graphic Designer internship at Implico Communications Inc. offers an opportunity for students to develop their design skills through practical, real-world projects. The program emphasizes both creative and technical skills, preparing interns with expert knowledge in Adobe InDesign and experience in diverse design projects. Interns will work on projects that require creativity and problem-solving skills, contributing to the development of client-specific health and wellness brands and building a strong portfolio for their graphic design careers.

Responsibilities

• Develop design skills through practical projects.
• Create digital assets, logos, brochures, and other marketing materials.
• Provide fresh, inspired designs based on client needs.
• Conceive, develop, and create client-specific health and wellness brands.
• Complete edits and revisions using Workfront Proof.
• Learn project management using Wrike.

Requirements

• Senior or graduate student with a concentration in Graphic Design.
• Minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment while handling multiple projects.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Fine attention to detail and proofing work.
• Creative problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite beyond InDesign.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
