About the position

The Graphic Designer position at GO AZ Motorcycles involves creating graphics, producing videos, and taking photos to support marketing and promotional activities for YAM Powersports dealerships. The role requires collaboration with the Marketing Manager and Marketing Assistant to ensure brand consistency and produce creative content for various platforms, including print, websites, social media, and newsletters. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and is adept at managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Work collaboratively with corporate, dealership, and marketing management to ensure compliance with OEM requirements and marketing goals.
• Create original or adapt existing OEM graphics to promote dealership events, promotions, and rides.
• Generate original photos, videos, and graphic collateral to keep content fresh and engaging.
• Coordinate with printing vendors for production needs.
• Design and produce weekly bag stuffers and in-store signage for special events.
• Create graphics in various sizes and formats for dealership websites, social media, e-blasts, newsletters, and billboards.
• Provide hands-on support for larger dealership events, assisting with setup and teardown of promotional materials.
• Attend event and marketing-related meetings as needed.
• Create and generate additional marketing-related print, graphic, photo, and video materials as required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience.
• Expert in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Print production skills.
• Basic HTML knowledge and experience with HTML editors.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize and execute multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment.
• Self-starter with the ability to self-manage workload and propose creative projects.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Video filming, production, and editing skills.
• Photography and photo editing skills.
• Experience in social media and email marketing is a plus.
