Responsibilities

• Facilitate discussions with clients regarding complex workforce messages and data representations.
• Provide process advice for optimal visual communication production.

Requirements

• Experience working on graphic design projects and creative direction assignments.
• Experience facilitating discussions with clients about complex workforce messages and data representations.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Acrobat Pro.
• Ability to define project requirements with clients and provide process advice.
• Portfolio showcasing a broad range of graphic design competencies.
• TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
• High School diploma or GED.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with data visualization, finished intelligence, and infographic production.
• Experience adhering to brand management guidelines.
• Experience working in IC or DoD environments.
• Knowledge of human-centered design methodology or design thinking principles.
