About the position

BioTissue is seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Creative with a strong background in graphic design to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and conversion across various channels. You will collaborate closely with our marketing, content, and product teams to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives. As a Graphic Designer, you will create and design various materials for digital and print, including advertisements, social media graphics, email campaigns, brochures, presentations, and more. You will also collaborate with the content team to develop visual content that supports storytelling and enhances user engagement. Your designs will need to be optimized for different platforms and formats, ensuring that all creative work is accessible, responsive, and visually appealing. In addition to design work, you will ensure consistency of brand identity across all creative assets and contribute to the evolution of the brand's visual language. You will work with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences. Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining a high level of quality will be essential. Staying up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software will ensure our creative work is cutting-edge and competitive. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key to ensuring that all creative work aligns with overall business and marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Stay up-to-date with design trends, tools, and software to ensure our creative work is cutting-edge and competitive.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure that all creative work aligns with overall business and marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a marketing or agency environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Experience with video editing and animation software.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
  • Familiarity with UX/UI design principles is a plus.
